This Privacy Policy explains how Entourage Brands LLC DBA Yoju ("Yoju," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit drinkyoju.com (the "Site"), sign up for our emails, or buy Yoju products through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Our products are for adults 21 and over

Yoju products contain alcohol. The Site is intended only for people who are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us personal information, contact us at hello@drinkyoju.com and we will delete it.

How online orders work

Yoju does not sell alcohol to consumers directly. Online orders placed through the Site are processed by Bevstack, an alcohol e-commerce platform, and are sold, shipped and fulfilled by licensed retailers in Bevstack's network. Your card statement will show the charge as "BEVSTACK-WINE/LIQR."

When you place an order, the information you provide at checkout goes to Bevstack and the licensed retailer that fills your order. They use it to process payment, verify your age, comply with alcohol laws, and ship your order.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email sign-up: your email address and your confirmation that you are 21 or older.
• Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details and, where required by law, your date of birth. Payment details are handled by our payment and checkout providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Wholesale and contact forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in your message.
• Reviews: your name, review text, rating and any photos you choose to submit.
• Store locator: any address or ZIP code you enter, or your location if you allow your browser to share it, used only to show stores near you.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site. This includes your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location based on your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• pass your orders to Bevstack and its licensed retailers so they can fulfill them, and support you with order questions, damage claims and refunds;

• understand how people use the Site and improve it;
• show you Yoju ads on other websites and social platforms;

• Bevstack and licensed retailers, to process, fulfill and ship your orders, verify your age, and meet alcohol regulations.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order. An adult 21 or older with a valid photo ID must sign for alcohol deliveries.
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website platform, email marketing, reviews, store locator, analytics and customer support providers.
• Advertising and social media partners, through cookies and pixels on the Site, to measure and personalize ads.
• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Yoju, our customers or others.
• Business transfers, if Yoju is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working (for example, to remember your cart and your age confirmation), to understand how the Site is used, and for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work properly.

Marketing emails

If you sign up for our emails, we will send you news about Yoju products, drops and events. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can unsubscribe by emailing hello@drinkyoju.com. Even after you unsubscribe, you may still receive messages about orders you have placed.

Your privacy rights
